Overview

This website is operated by Super Detail, Inc. ("Autofiber," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from autofiber.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of autofiber.com, including browsers, customers, vendors, and contributors.

These Terms govern retail purchases at autofiber.com. Wholesale and distributor purchases through Autofiber PRO (autofiberpro.com) are governed by a separate agreement, which takes precedence for those transactions.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, do not access or use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this site. By using this site, you represent that you meet this requirement, or that you have parental consent.

2. Orders, Title & Risk of Loss

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, limit, or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

3. Pricing & Errors

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders. No order is binding until confirmed and fulfilled.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree to contact us at sales@autofiber.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We will work in good faith to resolve issues directly. Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in account restriction and recovery of costs incurred.

5. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our site or products shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.

  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing sales@autofiber.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out." If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
  • Small Claims: You may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.
  • Class Action Waiver: You and Autofiber each waive any right to pursue disputes on a class, collective, or representative basis.
  • Fees: Autofiber will follow AAA fee rules for consumer arbitration.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this site or its content to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Collect or misuse the personal information of others
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behavior
  • Resell or exploit any portion of the Service without our written permission
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, collect, or copy content from the site, including for the purpose of training machine learning or artificial intelligence models, without our written permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content on autofiber.com — including product names, images, copy, trademarks, and branding — is the property of Super Detail, Inc. or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. DMCA / Copyright Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same from our users. If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent at sales@autofiber.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice." Your notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on our site
  • Your contact information (address, phone, email)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

9. Third-Party Services, Marketplaces & Links

Our site may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (including Shopify, TikTok Shop, Google, Meta, and others). We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of third parties. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms.

Purchases made through third-party marketplaces (such as TikTok Shop or Amazon) are governed by the terms of the respective marketplace in addition to these Terms. In the event of conflict, the marketplace's terms control for that transaction.

10. User Submissions

By submitting content to us (reviews, feedback, contest entries, photos, etc.), you grant Autofiber a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, transferable license to use, edit, publish, distribute, and display that content in any medium. You represent that your submissions are accurate and do not infringe any third-party rights.

We are not responsible for content submitted by users and do not endorse any opinions expressed. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove user content at our sole discretion.

11. Electronic Communications & Consent

By using this site or providing us with your contact information, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including transactional emails, order confirmations, shipping notifications, and — where you have opted in — marketing messages. You agree that electronic notices, agreements, and disclosures satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

12. Gift Cards

Gift cards are issued by Super Detail, Inc. and are redeemable only for merchandise on autofiber.com. Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash (except where required by law), and do not expire. Gift cards are governed by the terms presented at the time of purchase. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.

13. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate, but we do not warrant that all information is complete or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or remove content at any time without notice.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Autofiber, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, products, or services — including lost profits, lost data, or replacement costs — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, or government actions.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autofiber and Super Detail, Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

18. Governing Law, Venue & International Use

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to the arbitration clause above, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Diego County, California.

This site is operated from the United States. Users accessing the site from outside the U.S. do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. We make no representation that products or content are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.

19. Assignment

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity, affiliate, or purchaser of our business or assets without your consent. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

20. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce that or any other provision in the future. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Autofiber to be effective.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

22. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. For material changes, we will provide notice via email to registered customers or through a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Warranty Policy, and Accessibility Statement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Autofiber and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral. In the event of conflict between these Terms and another posted policy, these Terms control unless the other policy expressly states otherwise.
